Orchestral Debut in Pittsburgh

CASOP: A Requiem For Rice orchestral debut for orchestra is a project three years in the making. 

Launched in 2016 at Carnegie Mellon University’s’ Kresgee Recital Hall, the many facets of ‘Requiem For Rice’ continued to the gothic edifice’s of East Liberty Presbyterian Church; 

2018 would present two major installments at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Peirce Studio Arts Education Center and the remarkable setting of The Frick Environmental Center. 

The culminating premiere of Award winning composer John Christopher Wineglass’s  Unburied, Unmourned and Unmarked will be performed by the Colour of Music Festival Orchestra, under the baton of maestro Leslie B. Dunner, Conductor. 

The City of Pittsburgh eagerly awaits this grand performance in the splendor of Carnegie Music Hall, Wednesday, February 13th at 7pm.
